How I Think About Games
I am a divergent thinker, who is learning to be more discerning about where I converge with the collective.
I look at game design as a 4 layered onion.
I feel at home in the Abstract realms of Game Design (mechanics), System Design (content, parameters and rules) and Narrative Design (idea and text).
I use curiosity for the outer three layers of Observable Design (Art, Animation, Sound Design, UX, Cinematics), Building (Programming & Testing) and Business (Leadership, Finances, Marketing, Project Management, Production and Human Resources).
